Baked Salmon & Butter Beans

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 100g butter
  • Rafiki
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 lemon wedges and a thin slice for garnish
  • 200g green and yellow beans
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ̊C.
  2. Cover a sheet pan with foil or parchment paper.
  3. Spread the garlic and lemon on salmon fillets then drizzle with olive oil and
    sprinkle with Rafiki.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Heat up a pan, add butter and sauté the long beans for 5 min.
  6. Garnish with sliced lemon and sprinkle with Rafiki
  7. Enjoy
