Baked Salmon & Butter Beans
- 2 salmon fillets
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 100g butter
- Rafiki
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 lemon wedges and a thin slice for garnish
- 200g green and yellow beans
- Preheat the oven to 200 ̊C.
- Cover a sheet pan with foil or parchment paper.
- Spread the garlic and lemon on salmon fillets then drizzle with olive oil and
sprinkle with Rafiki. - Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat up a pan, add butter and sauté the long beans for 5 min.
- Garnish with sliced lemon and sprinkle with Rafiki
