Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water following packet instructions.
Drain and refresh under cold running water, transfer to a bowl and toss with a
little oil.
In a bowl combine tahini, lemon juice, oil and warm water mix it thoroughly until
you get the smooth consistency.
In a round serving bowl arrange the vegetables and make sure to achieve the
colour contrast of the vegetables, place the tofu in the middle.
Drizzle with tahini sauce and sprinkle with Rafiki.
